Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the retail value of the product.
This fee will be deducted from any refunded amount due.
Need to return a product?
Step #1: Contact us within 14 days of the day your order arrives (as shown in our shipping software) through our contact page to let us know why you’d like to return your item. We would like to offer possible solutions before having you incur the expense of the return. Many times, it’s more cost effective to purchase an add-on which will fix the perceived problem than it is to ship the original item back.
Step #2: If you decide to go through with the return, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Please mail your return to us, packed securely to ensure no damage will occur, as soon as possible and within 7 days.
Step #3: Allow 14 days after we receive your return for us to process the item and your credit, which will be issued to the original payment method. The credit will be your purchase price before shipping, minus the restocking fee of 10% of the full retail value of the item, minus the cost of the return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Additional Information:
-Prototype, Discounted and/or Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
-Items returned after 14 days from the day your order arrives (as shown in our shipping software) will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 50% of the full retail value of the product.
-To return your product(s) for a refund, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
-Shipping insurance to cover the retail value of the product will be included in the return shipping cost. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If item is lost or damaged in shipment, we will file a claim with the shipping company and contact you to discuss the issue.
-Item must be packed so it will not be damaged during return shipping, preferably in its original shipping box and material. If the product shows any signs of use or is damaged during return shipping, we will notify you immediately. We cannot issue refunds for items that have clearly been used and/or damaged by playing.
-Item must be returned in its original condition, include all parts. We do not issue refunds for pieces of products.
-The refunded amount will be for the amount you paid for the product, minus the appropriate restocking fee, minus any associated shipping cost. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
-We do not offer store credit.
Need to exchange a product?

We will contact you to discuss the options of the exchange and offer possible solutions before having you incur the expense of the return. Many times, it’s more cost effective to purchase an add-on which will fix the perceived problem than it is to ship the original item back.
Step #2: If you decide to go through with the exchange and you are exchanging for a more expensive product, we will invoice you for any additional cost* involved in the exchange. Once the invoice is paid, we will email a return mailing label to you.
If you are exchanging for a less expensive product, we will email a return mailing label to you and prepare to issue your credit*.
Please mail your exchange to us, packed securely to ensure no damage will occur, as soon as possible and within 7 days.
Step #3:Upon receipt of the exchanged item, your new item will be shipped. If credit is due, we will issue it to the original payment method at this time. Please allow 14 days after we receive your exchange for us to process your credit.
*Costs will be calculated to include a restocking fee equal to 10% of the full retail value of the original product being exchanged, shipping to return the original item, the cost difference of the new product and shipping to send the new product.

Did your product arrive damaged?
Don't wait, tell us as soon as possible!!
AND KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING!!!
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
Step #1: Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page to let us know.
Step #2: Send us pictures of the damaged product so we can file a claim with our shipping company.
Step #3: We will contact you to discuss what needs to happen next after viewing the pictures. We will decide if the damaged product needs to be returned (at our expense) or if you can just dispose of it.
If the product was damaged during shipping, it will need to be put back into the damaged box and the shipping company will need to pick it up from you. They will need to see the damage to the box (if any).
Step #4: Sit back and wait a couple of days for your replacement product to arrive.
Additional Information:
-Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item (as shown in our shipping software) to notify us of the issue.
-If any part of the product needs to be returned to us, we will send you a mailing label. Please package the item (including all parts, unless otherwise instructed) so it will not be damaged further during return shipping.
-Claims for damaged items received after 3 days of delivery of the item (as shown in our shipping software) will be considered at the discretion of Creative Percussion.
Privacy
We collect Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
