This multi-purpose product can be used as a drum/cymbal effect AND a mini toolkit for your kit.
 
The independently moving parts of the FX Tool will give you an extra, random rebound sound.  It’s also got a good weight to it so it will be a light dampener.
 
Features:
Figure 8 fastener included so you can mount it right to your snare or tom
Magnetic – sticks to a stand, steel drum hoop, or any steel object so it’s handy and easy to grab
An LED flashlight to find things on a dark stage
3mm & 4mm Allen wrenches, which are 2 of the more common sizes for drum pedals
A standard, 4-sided square drum key
A 4-sided, flat, multi screwdriver for older drum pedal spring rollers
An 18-in-1 snowflake multi-tool, used for screws, bolts, etc, and most importantly, it has a bottle opener! Cheers!
A 6mm-thread key screw (holding the snowflake on), which is common on many drum pedals, double-pedal linkage, memory locks, etc. Makes a great emergency backup!
 
All pieces can be removed for independent use.  Use the included drum key to remove the snowflake tool.  
 
This can be used as a backup toolkit or even as your primary toolkit, so you always know what you have and that it’s handy.
 
The leather strap is designed to get the tools further out toward the middle of the drum to get the most movement and can be shortened by sticking the magnet to the underside of the included figure 8 to keep them closer to the edge.  You can also stick it to a steel tension rod shaft to shorten it even further.
 
The back side of the leather has a washer so you can make a loop by attaching the magnet to it.  By having the loop, you can put the FX Tool over your hi-hat rod or cymbal tilter giving you a cool “sizzle” effect.
